After cli:

clear storageArray configuration all;

The MD3200 is working again. Attention! All data were lost, this is only possible for test enviroments.

Hi,

actually the Manager works only on english windows systems.

Maybe the install of the win en language pack works...

I use a win 2008r2 en version OS at this time..

Best regards

Alex

No, there was no Java update overnight, and there is no manually installed Java runtime on the win 2008r2 management station.

MDSM uses it´s own Java runtime (in our case in C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\MD Storage Software\jre\bin), the runtime version there is Java SE 6u15 (java.exe 6.0.150.3).

Hi Alex,

we use a win 2008r2 de version OS.

The strange circumstance with this problem is, that everything was working fine until yesterday in the early morning, even with the Array Management window (MDSM in german language, too).

And then without knowing what could have happened and without any manually configuration change, the issue occured since yesterday in the late morning, and is still persisting ...

Best regards

Georg

Hello Alex,

we have exactly the same error with our MD3200, but not in a test enviroment!

Have you got a solution for this issue in the meantime?

With best regards

Georg

Hello lcarrejo,

Which MD system do you have? What is the current version of firmware on your MD? Which version of MDSM are you trying to use?

Please let us know if you have any other questions.
