AX-100 and Novell Netware 6.0 Initialization Issues

We've carved up some of our AX100 to use on one of our Novell Servers. The Fiber Channel installation went smoothly, the virtual disks are ready to go. The Netware 6 box sees the possibility of new disks, and requests that we 'initialize' them. Unfortunately, we can't. I'm under the impression that we need to run the Navisphere Server Utility, but we can't find much instruction to help us out there...

Can anyone shed some light?
