If so, you'll want to call Dell support, provide a diagnostic file and if it's needed they may need to replace parts on your system (assuming you're still under warranty).
If you're out of warranty, it would help if you posted what exact type of messages you're getting so that we can help identify what's going on.
On the AX100SC, for write cache protection, there is a memory module installed on the storage processor.
On the AX100 support site, click on Replace, and choose "replace memory card" from the drop down, this will provide instructions to replace the memory card; you can use these for instructions to reseat the card.
You can also look at the back of the system close to the middle of the SP suitcase you should see the cache card through the airdam, it has 3 LEDs, amber, blue, & green. What is the status of these LEDs.
