CommVault install issues

I am trying to install CommVault Galaxy Express v. 5.9.0 on a 32bit Win 2000 server and Im getting errors.  I can get through the DB install fine according to the logs.  I then get the following error:  'Setup failed to execute a sql script to get SQL Edition.  See log file $home\locals\temo\2\SQLEdition.log'.   This log file doesnt even exist.  I then get kicked out of the install.  I think that I had a problem with the permissions edit that it does the first time it tries to install. I think this because I have errors in the log such as "unable to open regestry key for ..."   I am installing as local administrator.  I have tried both reinstalling and continuing the install and I get the same thing.  Does anyone have any idea whats going on here or how I can truely start this install from the beginning?  Thanks -

Hello, I have the galaxy 6.1 ver. on my server. I know that the installer needs to make permissions changes to the account that you're logged in as. One is being able to create tokens and another I don't remember but I think that required a log off/on. You might want to try another profile with admin perms. If this is a domain joined comp, try a domain admin account. gl
