Data Agent CLI (Priviliged Users) Problem

Question

I have purchased a DELL 650F on e-Bay and I am finding out like so many others that this is not just a matter of getting the hardware and connecting it. Quite a lot of software is required and it is not readily available from DELL.   However I have installed the Open Manage DATA CLI and the correct drivers. I can talk to the PV650F and query its cache status and other great things. I cannot perfrom anything that executes in the box.   I get an error 'Caller not prviliged' whenever I try commands that require it. I have entered a user name in the DATA Agent under priviliged users.   Does anyone know how this works. What should the username be. I have tried many things but I cannot actually determine what the prviliged username should be and what format should it be type in.

You need to configure the privileged users list in the data agent program.  This will allow the agent to manage the array, and also tell the agent who can modify the array settings.

The (totally undocumented) syntax for CLI access is : (username)@(IP address of client machine)

I ran in to exactly the same problem.
