Dell Power vault MD3200i RAID module controller is not working
Dear the community,
I'm Dame Leta from Ethiopia.
Our Organisation, Wasasa Microfinace S.C, is currently using Dell Power Vault MD3200i storage. But RAID Controller Module 0 shows fault message.
The following screenshot is taken from modular disk manager of physical part
When I click on view enclosure components the following windows will come
please help me.

Hello Dame,
With the 2 errors that you posted there looks to be 2 different issues going on. With the first picture it looks like the controllers have lost sync with each other or there is lose or bad cable that is plugged into controller0. I would check to confirm that all the iSCSI cable are plugged in & confirm that there is a link light on the ports. At any time did you attempt to reseat controller0? Also looking at the picture it looks like there is really old Firmware running on your controller0 & if controller1 was replaced at all then you could have it where controller0 needs to be update to the same firmware. .
Your second picture is looking at your battery replacement. That error is really easy as you just need to replace the battery & insert the controller back into your MD3200i. Here is the Dell Part# D668J just in case your MD3200i is not under support anymore.
