Dell SAS HBA 12 Gbps problems with PowerVault

Hello: I recently purchased two 12 Gbps SAS HBAs to connect two servers to a Dell PowerVault SAS array. From what I understand these Dell cards are LSI 3008 cards with some type of special firmware. One of them connects perfectly with the cabin and is detected by the Windows server as a Dell 12 Gbps SAS HBA. The other however is still detected as LSI 3008, even though both cards are basically identical and both carry the Dell logo and the correct Dell DPN (02PHG9). I used sas3flash.exe to list HBA info, and it says thta it's in IT Mode, so this seems not to be the problem.  Does anyone know where the problem could be? Maybe do I need to flash the HBA with the exactly Dell firmware?  Where can I get this firmware? Thank you so much.
