What you can do is to go to the move media from the web utility and manually move the media into the drive and then it should clean the drive. Also how old is your cleaning media? the reason that I ask is that if it is expired or there is not a clean barcode on the cleaning media then the TL2000 may not see the media as cleaning even though it is in the cleaning slot that has been assigned.
