Hello manetra,
Did you run the following command after you replaced your NVRAM card?
maintenance --hardware --reinit_nvram.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello manetra,
Running the command should take the system out of maintenance mode. Since your system is not coming out of maintenance mode we will need to look at the logs of the system to see what is going on.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi, after running this command in CLI it shows this error, why may it be?
stop the file system... Done.
Creating NVRAM partitions... Error: Error!
Max SCAP Settings The temperature is set at 65
Error: NVRAM 'write ready' timeout occurred.

Hi,
Could you brief us on why you had to issue the command?
Are you running into maintenance mode?
Is there a NVRAM replacement that you had to? Can you provide me both DPN# if you did a replacement.

Thank you for the update.
We see NVRAM hardware has failed so you should replace it.
Can you check the sticker and post an image so I can see the part number?
Sticker should look something like this:

Hello, I have these photos, I think this is the PERC and this other one is the same as the one in your photo.
I am attentive to your comments.

Hi,
Please take note, that if you are having an error on the NVRAM, you need not replace the PERC RAID card, which is labeled DPN# 0TY8F9. You only need to replace the NVRAM card, which is labeled DPN# 0WG0YW. Also note that you need to replace the NVRAM with exactly the DPN# 0WG0YW.

Hello, thanks for your answers. I understand that my NVRAM is the one seen in the following image.
Excuse me. One question: Can Dell provide or sell this part? thank you.
Someone told me that Dell offers support services and sells spare parts for these devices. It is right?
How can I buy or acquire this?

Hello,
The par P/N WG0YW is a Service part number. They do not come up on the web site.
You need to call Sales in your region and ask for the Spare Part Department to get a quote and purchase.
