Hello llorch,
Thanks for the support bundle as it helps look into your issue. So, what you had happen is a battery test on your MD3000. The battery on controller1 is showing as charging currently. The battery on controller0 is showing as optimal. If the battery fails to chare fully then you will need to replace it. Also, I noticed that you are running old firmware on your MD3000. The last version that was created is 07.35.39.64. Here is the link to the newer firmware if you want to upgrade it. http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/drivers/driversdetails?driverId=R315163
Please let us know if you have any other questions

Hello llorch,
Do you have 2 controllers in your MD3000 or just one? If you have a dual controller MD3000 is controller 1 online or offline? If the controller is offline can you bring it online or does it fail to do so? If you look in the recovery GURU what errors are listed?
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello DELL-Sam L,
We have two controllers, both of them are online.
We also have this error about battery:
-----------------------------------
Date/Time: 5/10/18 9:44:35 AM
Sequence number: 4684
Event type: 210C
Description: Controller cache battery failed
Event specific codes: 0/0/0
Event category: Internal
Component type: Battery Pack
Component location: RAID Controller Module enclosure
Logged by: RAID Controller Module in slot 1
-----------------------------------
However, we think that errors are not related to each other.
