I think that the problem is with "Access Lun31" is same for both the host which i want to move and the host group.
Now the question is, can i change the Access Lun number to for example 32 without loosing any data on the host ?

Hello monimea,
Is the host that you are trying to move part of another Host Group? If it is then you are going to want to follow the steps on page 58 for Moving A Host To A Different Host Group in the MDSM guide. http://downloads.dell.com/Manuals/Common/powervault-md3200_Administrator%20Guide_en-us.pdf
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

It is a single host called HOSTC. There are 2 LUNs connected to it.
There is one Host Group that has two hosts under it : HOSTA and HOSTB.
HOSTA has 2 LUNs connected directly. HOSTB has 2 LUNs connected directly.
I know it's strange setup. My goal is to move HOSTC under the same host group with HOSTA and HOSTB.
I followed the MSDM guide but i received that eror.

Hello monimea,
Can I get you to create a support Bundle from your MD3200 so that we can look at it to see why it is not allowing you to move the host to a new host group. I will also send you a private message that you can reply back with the support bundle.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
