Hello Ray,

So the Robotic error that you are getting is in reference to the picker not being able to move freely.  What you will want to do is to eject the magazines and make sure that there is not a lose tape in the system & that all media is in there slots.  Also what you need to make sure is that there is not another device sitting on the top of the TL2000.  If there is not another device sitting on your TL2000 and you don’t have any lose media in the system then what I would do is to run the System test on your TL2000 & see if you get any new errors.

After a couple tries, I found out there was a bad backup tape in the slot, I rejected it out, and the error message was gone.
