flash memory problem

Hi,

I have a question about USB mass storage. somebody removed my flash memory without using safely remove hardware, and now computer doesn't recognize this flash, I want to know is there any solution to fix my flash or otherwise even restore my folders and files in it? Is there any program in Dell services which can fix the problem?
