Hello ShashankQuest,

What you need to do is to remove the magazines & confirm that there is no media on the floor of the library.  Also you will need to confirm that there isn’t any media that is coming out of the picker.  What you will also have to be sure is that if you have the TL in a rack that there is not another device sitting on top of the TL as that can bow the top of the TL & cause this error as well. If all is good then replace magazines back into the TL and then run a” Library Verify Test” to ensure that the error doesn’t happen again.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello ShashankQuest,

What you can do is to power off the TL & wait about 1 minute and then power it back on & it should home itself.  What you can also do is to remove the drives from the rear of the TL & move the robot to see if it will ride on the track without getting stuck.  If the robot gets stuck on the track then make sure that there is nothing in the track, & if the track is clean then there is an issue with the robot & it will need to be replaced.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.
