LTO4 Support on Windows Server 2000 STD Edition
Dear All,
I am trying to configure Ultrium LTO-4 Tape Drive on PE 2900 server under Windows Server 2000 STD Edition.
I am facing issues with Tape Media recognition.
At Hardware level, driver used is okay (since there is no Yello Mark then in configuration).
Can anybody help me in this case please??

What backup software are you using? Generally the backup software has it's own drivers that it uses, so if the backup software is dated, you may need to look for an update for it (that adds support for newer hardware) or an upgrade to a newer version.
