MD3000i - Gentle Shutdown Procedure?

I've been running an MD3000i for about a year now and we have a power down for around 24hrs tomorrow.  Other than simply shutting down the iSCSI connected servers, waiting till disk activity stops then powering off the controllers at the back of the array, is there any other sort of shutdown process I should follow to prevent any damage?

I'd love to know if there is or not as well.

As far as I know you are correct,  stop activity, then power off the controllers / power supplies.

What's important is to ensure that all data is flushed to the array so that the data is consistent prior to powering off the MD3000i itself.

- Stop all activity to the array

- Flush all data to the storage array (e.g. shutdown the hosts or unmount the virtual disks)

- Power off the RAID Enclosure

- Power off any attached Expansion Enclosures
