MD3200 (SAS ) Raid Controllers and VLAN
I have an MD3200 (SAS) and the host is running ESXi 5 U2. Is there a way to configure VLAN tagging on the management ports of the MD3200 apart from the standard IP address, subnet mask and gateway configuration?

I didn't see one either. The manuals also don't mention the option to tag the management ports.
Based on the lack of mention of this in the manual, I feel confident in saying that you cannot use tagged vlans on the management ports.

Are you talking about the management ports or the iSCSI ports?
And why would you tag that traffic? It should just be 1 vlan on that link, so it's much easier to untag those ports.

It's not iscsi and i am talking about the management ports. it is just as an extra layer of security so the there is no traffic in the whole setup that is not tagged. I have already tagged management traffic of the esxi, vm machines network traffic on another vlan and I was wondering whether the management ports of the MD3200 (SAS) they can be tagged as well?

I have never tried to tag the management traffic. I know you can do it with the iSCSI ports.
I don't have an MD available to check myself, but if the option exists, it'll be on the section where you can configure the management IP.
Though from what I remember, I don't think I've ever seen an option to set a vlan tag on the management ports, but you'd want to check.
