Recently purchased MD3200i with 12x 1GB SATA 7,2k RPM. (all 8 SCSI ports cabled)

Issue im experiencing is with Performance  

on average read / write speed is 30 mb\s

average Latency is 80ms

Does any have an idea how to improve performance?
