Hello,

I have an issue with controllers on an MD3460. Both controllers are giving me a code, "SD" then "dF" on the green LCD readouts while trying to initialize. Both of them stop there, keep looping those codes and won't finish initializing. Everything I've tried doesn't help discover the enclosure through MSDM, and trying to console in doesn't work either. I know only a little about MD's and typically resetting the smaller ones with the console works. But these are a mystery to me. We have swapped with alternate controllers and also get stuck with the same codes on those. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
