ME4024 not collecting perfomance data

Hello,

I have an ME4024 when I go into the web interface and click on Performance at the bottom left.  The page that comes up says no data available.  The system has been up and running quite happily for 4 months now.  No matter what I pick in the show list Disks, Controllers, Volumes or any of the others, there is no data.  Do I need to turn on something to start it collecting data?

Thank you

Hi,

It should work without needing to configure anything. Has it been rebooted in those 4 months? What software version are you on?

Yes it has been rebooted, would be a pain now as it is running the VM system I have built.  I would have to shutdown all the VMs to reboot it.

Version:  Lots of them

Bundle version = GT280R006-02, Storage Cont Loader Code = 29.015, Management Cont Loader code = 6.29.27348x, Expander Cont code = 525F, CPLD code = 3.9

I don't see anything that specifically says software version.

I will try it out and see how it goes, thank you.  I'll probably install it on Mon.  Don't like making changes on a Fri.

Thank you

Small problem.  I've tried to download the update 3 times and each time the download gets to 16.3MB and fails.  I tried to download other drivers, like the SRA, in case in was a problem on my end, and I didn't have any problem.

I was  not able to replicate the download failing, both internal and external networks were able to download. Can you try a different browser?

My bad.  Apparently it was my machine.  I tried Chrome, IE and Edge on my machine, same problem.  Tried another system, no problem

Thank you

I'm sure this is the solution.  I just haven't been able to install the update and reboot the ME4024.

Thank you for your help.
