PowerVault 120t: I/O error & robotic arm errors
I have a PowerVault 120T DLT7000 autoloader running off of a Poweredge 350 running Backup Exec 9.1 and have been getting the following errors after my backup jobs have finished:
"The job failed with the following error: The request could not be performed because of an I/O error"
This error usually occurs as the backup job finishes and the verification process starts.
Another error I get is:
"Critical - The robotic arm is having difficulty communicating with the drive"
Turning the autoloader off/on does not solve. I have the most current firmware installed. Any thoughts or is this autoloader toast?
