As a suggestion, you can remove some hardware adapters from your system to see if they are the culprits.  (i.e. NICs, addon SCSI HBA..etc).

Thank you Richard but how could it be hardware related if I can boot to Recovery Mode and function normally with NO errors?  Could it be software corruption?  I don't receive the dump error until after the MS splash screen.

No, Recovery Mode is through the Function Menu Options (F2) at Startup:  1)Enter System Setup Utility, 2) Normal Boot, 3)Recovery Boot, 4)Reinstallation, 5)System Diagnostics, 6)Exit

I have booted up into Safe Mode but obviously my options are limited do to the lack of services from starting.  When booting up into the Recovery Boot, the systems functions as if you were booting up into Normal Boot with all services running.  This is why I'm not convinced it is a hardware issue.  I've applied all the latest windows updates in Recovery Boot but have not done a bios update.

By recovery mode, I assume you mean Windows "safe mode".  When booting into "safe mode", Windows loads just the basic setup so you can get up and running and make corrections.  It is a little extra work, however, it is necessary sometimes.

Have you installed any new software lately?

Is there any register information that gets displayed on the screen?
