Our DELL SAN box - powervault MD3600f warranty has expired. one of the disk is not working well ie., red light is on instead of green. so we request you to provide us technical support in person for backing up data in that disk to another backup disk and replace it in our server. we request your response ASAP.

Hello ceded,
Based on the information that you provided it sounds like you have a failed disk in your MD3600f. Do you have access to MDSM(Modular Disk Storage Manager) so that you can see if there is any other errors on your SAN or be able to pull some logs so we can review them to see if there are any other issue with your SAN? Also by being able to review the logs to see if the drive is part of a raid array or not so we can tell if the data was copied to another drive or not.
