Could you provide more details about the issue and if you have already done any troubleshooting.
Is this your first time setting up the storage? Or it has been for a while? Could you let us know how is the setup like. What was the reason that prompted you to check the ping?
This is third time we are facing this issue, and our organization is news channel,
1st time it happaned after 30 days of the installation the ME5, that time automatically it resolved with in 30 Min of time. I just ignored as first time.
2nd time it happend exactly after 29th days, that time also automatically its resolved, and raised the complaint on dell, dell started to say that do checklist and do firmware upgrade.
Now third time we faced the same issue, but now its taken 12 hours to get solve, we are not doing any changes automatically it's getting solve,
Dell saying no issue with ME5, expecting networking issue, if it's networking issue then it should affect to other storages too, no issue with other storage, raised the complaint on dell networking team, send all the logs to them, they are cross checking now. But wants to know the route case and permanent solution, as we are onto 24*7 news channel couldn't expect the this kind of problems that's too with dell equipments.
I understood the urgency to get the issue resolve for your company. From social point of view, my suggestion is to keep in contact with the support that you have already opened a ticket with. If the forum community here are involved in the troubleshooting, it will disrupt support that you already have with. Could you please provide me the storage service tag or the service ticket that you have via PM.
Hi, Slow performance and latency problems are hard to find, there can be many factors. But at the first stage, it might help if you can do a soft reboot if you can. Apart from this, I couldn't see an active case in progress that I checked both service tags. But when I read your previous posts and check the service tags, you will need to reach the support team and open a ticket and start the troubleshooting steps. Considering its urgency, they will help for a faster solution as Joey stated. I strongly recommend that you open a ticket under your warranty for the plan of action that can be done.

We have laredy rasied tge compaliant on dell find the reference ID -
And ME5 is directly connected NX3340 controller ( have raised complaint on Nx3340.
Also raised the complaint on dell networking side - , given all the requested logs to dell team.
