Hello, a customer has a PowerVault 124T with left magazine containing 8 LTO 4 tapes. The unit is offline from my backup exec server and the display is showing the error "Drive TAflag[31] HardwareB". Log show the error HardwareB" (31) set Description = Hardware fault not related to a read/write operation Class = Media Serverity = Unknown Action = Unknown We need to receive support on this unit to troubleshooting and to know how to restore functionality.
