PowerVault TL 2000 web interface options greyed out
I'm trying to troubleshoot an issue with a remote TL2000. It has two drives in it, one is showing an "exception FB 0 - Error". I'm logged in as admin via the web interface, but all the options to physically do anything (such as reboot, move tapes, etc.) are greyed out. I tried logging off and back in as a superuser, in that case I am blocked from rebooting as expected.
On our other TL2000's, I can log on as admin and do any of these things. But on this box it gives me the usual warning to stop any backup jobs, I say okay, and I can see the greyed out reboot button but it cannot be pushed.
Is there something about that particular error that might indicate a physical obstruction or something? Or is there some other reason I'm locked out of administrator tasks when logged in as admin?

Hello SGUS_1,
With the error that you are getting the drive is not able to login. Now there maybe a tape that is on the floor of the system and needs to be removed. Normally when the reboot is greyed out on the web utility that normally means that manually intervention is needed.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

That's what I was afraid of. Thanks for responding!
