Hi
It probably a head fault, but probably need to see more of the drive dump to be sure.
the system test just puts tapes into the drive and and back to the slot.

your better off getting the drive logs from itdt

If you can grab a drive dump log as well as the dump all log, we can review them to see why you are getting that error.
