Problem with Powervault 132T on startup

Not sure if this should go under the PV forum or servers but this is the problem I am having. I recently received a Dell Poweredge 1750 and a Powervault 132t. Upon getting everything installed/configured I am having problems after post/Win2k3 splash screen. It is basically crashing.. The PV132t is connected via fiber to two QLogic QLA2200 cards. They have the most recent drivers installed on them. The server does boot with the PV turned off, but turning it back on and scanning for new devices under device manager ends up freezing. Trying to determine if this is a configuration problem, hardware problem with either the PV or the QLA cards. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
