Problem with Powervault TL2000 and Tape Drivers
Hi All
I have a Poweredge 2950 running Server 2003 x64 which contains a Dell SAS 5/e adapter.
I have connected a Powervault TL2000 to via an SAS cable.
I have downloaded and installed the drivers from the website and the medium changer installs fine. The problem is that in other devices
IBM ULT3580-TD4 SCSI Sequential Device shows up with a question mark over it and I cannot get this to appear normally without the question mark.
Any help?

It sounds like you have not run the Drive driver install package. You have to run both the changer driver and the drive driver packages.
Have you run the install in the TL2000-4000.x64_6189_LTO2-4_TapeDrive directory?
