PV 210s Clustering Problems

Currently we have a PowerVault 210s connected to two 6450/700s through PERC2/DC cards. We have placed the jumpers on the PV cards to enable clustering and set up the correct parameters as per Dell's online documenation to set up the bioses of the PERC2 cards. OS 2003 Enterprise Server (though this looks to be a hardware level issue).

 

When both computers are powered up the raid array can be seen clearly from both boxes in the bios configuration and on the OS level. When one machine powers down, either node A or node B, the disks in the array appear as failed in the controller bios configuration and as removed with dell's management software.

 

The idea here is to have the array available to either machine in case one of them fails...power included. Any ideas on this one? I'm sure we've missed something simple.
