PV136T RMU - Error loading panel. Please wait for refresh...

Question

I've got a remote PV136T RMU that I'd like to connect to via HTTP. The address is assigned, and I can connect to the main web-page of the RMU via IE6. When I nagivate to the "Operator Panel", however, the following message is displayed:

Error loading panel.
Please wait for refresh...

The web-page appears to automatically refresh every 5 seconds or so... and I've been waiting for hours (manually refreshing occassionally), but the darned thing won't display the operator panel.

I've upgraded the firmware on every component in the PV136T, and the OS/IE software is up to date... so why is the RMU's operator panel still not playing nicely?

Are you pulling up the RMU on your local system, or on a system that's local to the PV136T (e.g. a webbrowser on a server that's in the same network/area as the PV136T)?

Maybe trying from a local system will help.

Make sure your RMU firmware is at the latest version - 193D. That firmware corrected an issue with the operator panel not loading for some W2k3 SP1, and XP SP2 systems.
