PV660F - We cannot see unit, drive missing

I am trying to come up to speed on a PV660 management problem.  We have a PV660F on a clustered Win2K system with two nodes, one active one passive.  The PV has four logical drives configured - G,: L:, M: and N:.   M: has disappeared.  There are three physical drives with yellow lights blinking.  We cannot see the 660F on any configuration software.  The Dell array manager does not see the unit.  The other drives the we have configured on it are working.  So, we don't know how to see the status of the failed drive, or even see the status of the unit.  I would really appreciate any help.  The folks who set this up are long gone.

It's probably a good idea to contact Dell storage support on the phone at this point.

A common thing worth trying is to reboot the whole setup.

One thing not to do is add/remove/replace/move drives while the system is powered down. Doing this can cause the whole array to lose it's drive configuration.

That is what I did, and Dell was very helpful.  The array manager software was not set up to see the PV660, which did have several drives offline.  Thanks also for the info on the power off/on advice.  I don't want to make a bad situation worse.
