Looking at the pictures that you posted, your MD3220 is in recovery mode. Did you remove all the drives & replace with newer drives recently? Did you have one or both controller fail recently? In most cases you need to get into the VXshelusr account to clear the lockdown, so the controller can boot. If you still have a support contract on your MD3220 I would call into tech support so that we can clear the lockdown & make sure there is no other error created by the lockdown.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
To fix a lockdown state on an MD3220i it is best to have support resolve it. Now if you do an search on the internet you can find out how to clear the lockdown. The thing to remember is that if you don’t clear the lockdown correctly then you can harm the data on your MD3220i.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello Sam,
Thanks for taking a look!
We did replace some of the disks and also moved it around.
The unit's warranty expired a few weeks ago, is there a way for us to fix the issue without support?
Regards,
Eli
