Hello @joao.silverio,

As a first step it is important to update the BIOS, the PERC and if possible the RD1000. To update the server, please navigate to the https://dell.to/3aOIDx0, select your server model and download the appropriate drivers and firmware. Also for any mechanical or detection problem, please try to completely reboot the server.

Please, let us know.
Regards.

Is it Dell branded? Was it bought second-handed? Maybe it is an OEM product... if so, that means it might have a custom firmware and therefore, maybe not possible to update.

It is Dell branded, this unit was already used but it was cheap.

Is there something i can do to install the official firmware?

You could try a /f with the firmware and see if it will force flash. TUSB9260 seems like it is the usb controller it uses and maybe it isn’t seeing anything beyond that.

Can you share the command line fo me to try?

With it being windows it would be the file name followed with /f, so for example firmwareupdate.exe /f

Let me know if that helps clarify.

What Windows version are you using? Did you try in a different computer?
It can be a compatibility issue or an hardware error.

Have you tried any of these drivers? https://dell.to/3B1qwyn It may just be a bad device though.

I tried this on Windows 10, Windows Server 2016 and Debian, on different machines.

Just to be sure i tried all drivers avaliable in this link you gave me and still nothing, is it possible for the firmware inside to be corrupted ?

It’s possible, but since we tried force flashing and it didn’t work it may not be recoverable.
