Reloading Powervault MX3100
Hello,
I have a Dell Powervault NX3100 which I had it for few year now. On the weekend I an issue OS (Windows 2008 Storage Edition). The system won't boot up any more. So I decided to reload the OS back on again. So I followed the instruction on the CD when it booted up into it. The reloading of the OS seems to load up okay, when it rebooted off the hard drives it gave me this error message: 0xc000000e Windows failed to start. If anyone help me out on this one it would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Gerald

Hello Gerald,
When you reinstalled your OS did you install it on LUN ID 0? If not then you will need to go into the PERC bios and set the virtual disk that you installed your OS on as LUN ID 0.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
