Reset MD3800i controllers
I replaced all disks of a MD3800i with new ones to enhance the storage. Now the MD3800i gives "The RAID controller is currently in locked-down mode because the storage array's configuration database is corrupted. Click the Storage Array Needs Attention line to resolve the problem." I can logon to the Raid controllers with the serial cable. How can the MD3800i be reset that the controllers become responsive again?

Hello ETHZ,
You will need the serial cable that came with your system and you will need to login to VXshellusr account and run the lemmeclear lockdown on both controllers. when you removed all the drives and replaced them, you still had to have some configuration on your system & this is why your system is in a lockdown state. Normally if your system is still under support then support would login to the VXshellusr account and clear the lockdown.
