SPS For Powervault 650F Problem

When power goes to SPS B, SPS A fails with a fault and the SPB  loses power. SPS A and B are brand new batteries, but I have also used others. If power is lost to SPS A, SPS B stays on ok and both the SP's stay up.

Any idea's what could be causing this? Could it be a comms cable problem?
