Step-by-Step Shared array
Does anyone have a link or genral instructions for setting up a shared 200S SCSI Powervault array between two PERC cards (I have both PERC2/DC and PERC3/DC cards available to me, so the PERC model doesn't matter so much). I have done it before with two PERC2s in PE 2450s, but that was a long time ago, and for the life of me I cannot reproduce it.
I have the jumpers on the array set to "FORCE JOINED," the PERCs are set to cluster. One side of the array is going to Channel 1 on the first server, and other side is going to Channel 1 on the second server. But, I cannot get the PERCs to see the array, or I can get one PERC to see the array and the other can't. Is there a bootup procedure I am missing, i.e. one server gets powered up while the other is off?

First off, if you are going to cluster, you should use the same controllers. WIth that said, make sure one of the controllers is set to SCSI ID 6 and one to SCSI ID 7 or they will conflict with each other if on a shared bus.
