TL 2000 F3 01 Error
Hi,
My library is showing status: TL 2000 F3 01 Error
I already
- Did a Drive Dump
- Did a diag
- Change the clean tape
- Update the firmware of library and drivers..
Could I do anything else? It started after a tape being stuck on driver, and I manually remove it.

Hello ViniciusArvato,
When you get the F3 01 error that is a hardware error that is with your tape drive. You stated that there was media stuck in the drive that you were able to remove. We can review the logs, however I am pretty sure that you will need to replace the drive in your TL2000. I will send you a private message and you can reply with the drive dump log.
