My library is showing status: TL 2000 F3 01 Error 

I already

1. Did a Drive Dump
2. Did a diag
3. Change the clean tape
4. Update the firmware of library and drivers..

Could I do anything else? It started after a tape being stuck on driver, and I manually remove it.
