I just recently purchased a used iSCSI to SAS bridge module to go into a Dell TL2000 Tape Library. I'm trying to determine if I received a defective unit or if there's something additional that I'm supposed to be doing. This TL2000 Library has (1) LTO5 SAS drive installed and did not have a iSCSI bridge module previously. When I received the item I powered off the tape library and installed the bridge module in the available slot in the top right of the back of the library. I then attached a SAS cable from the tape drive to the iSCSI bridge module and connected two ethernet cables to a network switch. After booting the library back up the ethernet ports don't link on the switch side. Also, all of the lights (as faint as they are) appear to be flashing in sequence with the light on the management module underneath (the module with the ethernet and USB ports).

Is there something else I'm supposed to be doing to activate the iSCSI module? I tried updating the firmware wondering if I was using a version that didn't support this module but that didn't get me anywhere either. I also tried different cables and switch ports. I even tried this module in a different TL2000 at the same site but I don't seem to get anything.
