If you can access the OCP (Operator Control Panel) & there is no PIN set for the OCP then what you will need do is the following:
1. Navigate to the Configure menu
2. Then selecting the Restore Default menu
3. Restore PSWDs and confirming with OK. This restores the Admin password to its default of "secure" any User account password will be reset to no password.
Now this will only reset the passwords & leave all other setting set the way they are.
If that doesn’t resolve your issue and allow you to access the unit via the web utility then you may need to open a support ticket so that a technician can remotely access the unit and reset the passwords back to factory.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
As ALapshin has posted that is the correct process to gain access to your TL 2000. Were you able to restore the passwords back to default and gain access to the web utility again?
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
