The error that you are getting is a Sled position sensor not found. Error during sled positioning to sensor in FLMoveSled function for the magazine. What you will need to do is to remove the left magazine and ensure that all the clear tabs are on the slots. If all tabs are on the slots and there are no tapes hanging out of the magazine then run the Library Verify Test. You can run the test from the web management by going to Service library menuadvanced Diagnostics. If it fails that test then it is most likely going to be that the magazine will need to be replaced. In some cases it require the chassis to be replaced as well. If your TL is still under warranty then I would call in & open a support case to get the magazine replaced.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
