The good news is, this is a relatively simple one. This error would indicate that you're having an issue with Drive 3. You can retry the operation, but if it continues to fail then power cycle the drive. If it STILL fails, then you'll probably need to replace it.

Hi,
Thank you but now error is gone after restart the library. so now can i use library for backup or log call for replacement.
