Trouble with recognizing 100T DDS4 tape backup device

Hi,

I'd really appreciate if somebody can help me solving the following problem:  i'm working in a dell server, model Power Edge 2600 and apparently the operating system, which is Windows 2000 server, doesn't recognize my tape device (it's already installed and recognized by BIOS), the model is 100T DDS4. I have the Assistant cd but i don't know which driver to install.
