Unknown error from Perc3/DC
Does anyone know what this error is and how to correct it?
PERC 3/DC Controller 1, Enclosure (Channel 1), Temperature Probe 3 is in an unknown state.

Hi Rob,
I suspect this may be a false error. I would recommend upgrading the Perc 3/dc firmware and driver as well as any Server and external storage upgrades (if attached)

Upgrading the controller firmware to current levels is always a good idea but this is likely a false temperature error on the PV220. PV220 SES Firmware E.16 will eliminate false temperature failures.
