Upgrading 660F Controllers via Serial

Question

I have a Dell 660f which has had the firmware on the controllers changed to Eurologic 2500 FFX version 8.2.1 by my predecessor, we are having problems with one of the controllers and i wish to replace it. I have tried 3 times on 3 different controllers unsuccessfully with the ASU utility on a dev 660f.   I need to restore these to the orignal Dell firmware and looking through dell support you need to obtain a three pin serial cable to connect directly. Is there a way to flash the firmware back and where can i get hold of the cable that support talks about?   Also what is the Dell propietary software for Raid Management as i think we do not have this and thats why he changed the firmware in the first instance.     TIA

Dell uses the Dell OpenManage array manager to manage the PV660F.

This software may not be able to manage the system till you have one of the regular Dell firmwares on the system, but you could try and see if it'll recognize it.
