Add second Hard Drive so I can install Win7

Question

How do I install a second hard drive, my first drive is Win10 and I want to add a second drive and install win7 so I might play Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator 3, This program will not play on 10 even in compatibility mode.

Let me try again, I have a Precision T1600 with WIN10 I would like to add a second drive to install Win7 but I need to FORMAT this disk which is 1 TB and I think it has Win7 as the operating sys and this disk is 32bit. I do have it installed in the computer and the computer sees the drive. I am not sure why I can't just install windows 7 right over the old operating sys. If I could somehow FORMAT the drive it might make life easier.
