Adding more RAM

Hi Community,

I have a 1x Intel Xeon Processor E5-2630 v3 with 32GB of ram ( (4x8GB) 2133MHz DDR4 RDIMM ECC)...

I've Dell called support if i could add 1x Dell Memory 16GB DDR4 2400MHz & they've said yes.

my idea is to add 1x16, but my problem is when i insert the memory my comp does not boot and the power button flashes orange.

Any idea why?
