Blank screen until windows login screen
Hello,
We have a dell precision 3650 tower connected with a dell monitor U3223QE via HDMI.
Both are updated to the latest firmware.
Usually this occurs while we choose restart from windows.
After that we have no screen display until the windows login screen, sometimes even the login screen is blank.
The F12 or F2 buttons are not displaying any BIOS screens.
I tried different cables, tried resetting the monitor with no solution.
The resolution of the monitor is 3840 x 2160 while in windows, could this be part of the problem for the BIOS display?

A 4K monitor can support BIOS display from your Precision 3650. The issue could be with the video card used. If you haven't test with different ports, try with integrated ports and/or DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable to see if it may help.
Note that the resolution is just for temporary. If it works, the connection will be used for accessing BIOS settings only. Daily usage still be connected to your discrete graphics.
