Boot Error With T5600 Board

So I have been trying to build a t5600 custom build (which is not a great idea) and ran into many hardware issues getting it to power up. Now that its powered up with a 635W power supply, I get the following errors.

"Alert! Right/left memory fan failure, pci fan failure, and front i/o cable failure.

Your current power supply does not support the recent configuration changes made to your system."

I also get "boot device failed" when trying to boot with legacy mode on my sata ssd with windows 10.

Despite these errors, both cpu fans are running as is my gpu. Is this a power supply issue/do I need to upgrade to 825w? Thanks!

At this point the 825w PSU is no longer optional.

Raid controller should be removed and the SSD attached to the blue sata 0 PORT.

then 10 clean installed with 32 gigs or less ram. There will be issues installing with a lot of ram.

sata operation should be set to AHCI not Raid because otherwise the F6 mass storage drivers are REQUIRED.

Requirement for 825w is because you added 2nd cpu.

Take Riser out.

Thanks for the reply. Its been a tedious process trying to get this thing to work so im curious if the components I have now would work.

T5600 Board

64Gb DDR3 registered DIMM

T5600 Power adapter

Dual Xeon E5-2680

635W Power Supply

If I upgrade to the 825w psu should it boot fine? Im not very knowledgeable on this stuff and there's not many places to reach out for help in this specific area
